Star time 345.66.75. I have reached the small blue planet in system 128B54 which has been confirmed as bearing life during an earlier mission, and have run a new set of scans. The results obtained are confusing - it appears that the inhabitants of the planet have not developed the projected level of intelligence that we expected.
